Overview

‘Splendor of Rajasthan with Erotic Temple’ package will give you an opportunity explore the rich cultural heritage of North India along with that you will get the chance to know about the glorious history through the stunning monuments, beautiful palaces and forts, places of worship, and also enjoy the boating at India’s holiest river Ganga in Varanasi, sand dunes in Jaiselmer. Apart from that you will also get the chance to explore the world of erotica ‘Khajuraho Group of Monuments’. These destinations will brief you about the diversity of the culture and traditions of India. The duration of the package is 14 nights and 15 days, covering the places such as Delhi, Bikaner, Jaisalmer, Jodhpur, Pushkar, Jaipur, Agra, Jhansi, khajuraho and Varanasi.

Itinerary

Day 1: Delhi (Arrival)

After arrival at Delhi Airport, meet our representative, after welcome, proceed to your pre booked hotel. Check-in at the hotel. The rest day is free at leisure, you can explore the nearby places at your own. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 2: Delhi Sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed for city tour, including Old Delhi as well as New Delhi. The sightseeing covers the main attractions of Delhi such as Laxmi Narayan Temple, India Gate, The monument commemorates the Indian Solider was killed during the world for and Afghan war, the monument has names of the soldiers engraved on the walls of the monument who died in these wars,  Parliament House, Rashtrapati Bhavan and Jama Masjid, India's largest mosque. Visit the towering Qutab Minar, Purana Quila, Humayun's Tomb and Jantar Mantar observatory. Pay homage at Raj Ghat, Mahatma Gandhi's memorial. In the evening enjoy the Sound & Light Show at Red Fort. Return to hotel for overnight stay.

Day 3: Delhi-Bikaner(By Road-427kms)

Post breakfast in the morning, drive to the railway station to board the train to Bikaner. Bikaner is a most vibrant desert town with tremendous forts, utterly sculptured temples of red and yellow sand stones display some of the finest creations of Rajput civilization. It is the most beautiful yet very quiet destination of Rajasthan.

Once you arrive in Bikaner, check into your hotel. After freshen up, proceed for sightseeing that will cover main attractions of the town such as Raj Ratan Bihari temple, Junagarh Fort, Rasik Shiromani temple and the Karni Mata Temple. Enjoy comfortable night stay at the hotel.

Day 4: Bikaner-Jaisalmer(By Road-330kms)

Post breakfast in the morning, go out for a sightseeing tour of Bikaner city. The attractions you will visit here include Jungarh Fort (Built in 1611 AD, it was the seat and stronghold of Rao Bika, the first ruler of Bikaner.) Other places you will visit include Karan  Mahal, Bijai Phool Mahal and Anup Mahal. Post lunch, leave by road for Jaisalmer. Upon arrival, check into the hotel for night stay.

Day 5: Jaisamer Sightseeing

Today after breakfast, embark on a sightseeing tour of Jaisalmer which include Patwaon ki Haveli and Nathmalji ki Haveli and the palace museum inside the Jaisalmer Fort which are known to present a great collection of imperial dresses and artifacts which belonged to the royal family of Jaisalmer.

 These Jain temples are beautifully sculptured and were constructed between the 12th and 13th century and five interconnected palaces of your own. Post Lunch, drive to Khuri, which is located 45 kilometers away from Jaisalmer. Khuri is a largely peaceful village, which is known for its eerie desert beauty. The dunes here are a bit higher. Just explore the beauty of the place and to know the local culture and traditions. Later, enjoy camel ride and watch the beautiful sunset. Return to the hotel at late evening, Stay overnight in the hotel.

Day 6: Jaisalmer-Jodhpur(By Road-285kms)

Post breakfast, leave by road for Jodhpur. Jodhpur also popular for its forts, palaces, temples and the stark landscape of the Thar Desert. Due to the vivid blue-painted houses around the Mehrangarh Fort, it also called the “Blue City”. Jodhpur traveler spots remain as a living demonstration of the quality, traditions and culture.

On reaching Jodhpur, check into the hotel. In the afternoon, go out on a sightseeing tour of Jodhpur covering Mehrangarh Fort and Jaswant Thada. Later, return to the hotel for night stay.

Day 7: Jodhpur-Pushkar(By Road-186kms)

Post breakfast, drive straight to Pushkar. Pushkar is known as one of the ancient existing city of India. It is the town of Ajmer district which is located 14 kilometre away from Ajmer. It is also one of the most important pilgrim destination for Hindus. Pushkar is famous for Bramha Temple, Pushkar Lake and Pushkar Camel Fair.

Upon arrival, you take a dip in the Pushkar Lake, it is one of the important pilgrim for Hindus and taking a dip in this lake is said to cleanse the sins of individual. It is also claimed to have medicinal properties and is said to cure skin disease and enjoy the beauty of Rose Garden.

Later, you check in to the hotel and stay overnight.

Day 8: Pushkar-Jaipur(By Road-145kms)

After breakfast in the morning, leave by road for Jaipur.

On reaching Jaipur, check into the hotel. In the afternoon, go out for a sightseeing tour of Jaipur. The places you will visit here include City Palace (a fine blend of Rajasthani and Mughal architecture), Jantar Mantar, Hawa Mahal and the local bazaars. Later, return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 9: Jaipur-Agra(By Road-241kms)

Today after early breakfast, proceed for Amber Fort followed by an elephant/jeep ride to the main gate. While returning back to the city, see Jal Mahal. Later, drive towards Agra.

On the way, halt at Fatehpur Sikri, it was built during the second half of 16th century by Mughal emperor in an homage to famous Sufi Saint Salim Chisti. Fatehpur Sikri is situated at 37 kms from Agra. Visit Jama Masjid, Buland Darwaza, and world’s largest gateway, the historical Palace of Jodha Bai, Birbal Bhavan and Panch Mahal.

After visiting Fatehpur Sikri Proceed towards Jaipur. It is one of the most popular tourist destination of India. Behind its pink crenelated walls, you will find the original old city that’s dates back to the 18th century.

On reaching Agra, check into the hotel for night stay.

Day 10: Agra Sightseeing

Post breakfast, proceed for sightseeing tour of Agra, First visit The Taj Mahal, It is described as the most extortionate monument ever built for love. It was built by Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan which was dedicated to his beautiful wife Arjumand Bano Begum popularly known as Mumtaz Mahal. It is the final resting place of the queen, splendidly created for her remembrance. The beauty of Taj Mahal not only brings joys in viewer’s eyes but also is a feast to senses.

Later, visit Agra Fort the Agra fort was built by Akbar between 1565 -1573. This fort is built alongside the banks of River Yamuna and stretches for a length of almost 2.5 km. The fort is made using splendid pieces of red sandstone and white marble and the inner area inlaid with various semi-precious stones,

After visiting the Agra fort, proceed for Itmad-ud-Daula's Tomb,Nur Jahan the wife of Jahangir built a tomb for her father Mirza Ghiyas-ud-din, who died in 1622. The tomb was called as Imad-Ud-Daula. The tomb is built entirely of white marble. As its unique architectural style and structure, the tomb also called “Baby Taj”.

Day 11: Agra-Jhansi-Orchha-Khajuraho Sightseeing

Today morning, after breakfast, you will get transferred to the railway station to catch a train for Jhansi. Once you arrive in Jhansi, dive to Orchha. Orchha combines the architectural beauty of a medival town with the quiet charm of a village. Once the capital of Bundelas, the town is still infused with an air of romance. Located on the banks of river Betwa offers you an opportunity to explore some of its beautiful attractions such as Jehangiri Mahal - constructed by Raja Bir Singh Deo, the Raj Mahal and the Laxmi Narayan temple, which is popular for its mural paintings.

After visiting Orchha, begin driving towards Khajuraho. Check-in at your hotel. Relax, have dinner and retire to your room for an overnight stay.

Day 12: Khajuraho Sightseeing

Today morning, after breakfast, you will leave to explore the erotic the world heritage site of Khajuraho temples divided into Eastern and Western group of temples that will include Laxmi & Varha temples Kandariya Mahadev, Devi Jagdamba temples and more. These temples, built at the time of Chandela rulers have structures that glorify erotica. Return to the hotel for overnight stay.

Day 13: Khajuraho-Varanasi(By Road-415kms)

Breakfast in the hotel. The morning is free at leisure. In the afternoon, drive to the airport to board flight for Varanasi. Varanasi, is one of the oldest continuously inhabited cities in the world and also known as Kashi or Banaras. It is situated on the bank of River Gnaga. The name of Varanasi is originated from two rivers, Varuna which is still flowing is Varanasi and Assi a small stream near Assi Ghat.

Upon arrival in Varanasi, meet our representative and hit the road to Sarnath. Here you will be visiting Dhamek Stupa, Chaukhandi Stupa, Ashoka Pillar and Sarnath Archaeological Museum. Later, return to the hotel for night stay.

Day 14: Varanasi-Delhi(By Air)

Today early morning enjoy a boat ride on the holy river Ganges. Thereafter, return to the hotel for breakfast. Later, go out for the city tours covering the famous Bharat Mata Temple, Durga Temple and the famous Benares Hindu University. In the afternoon, drive to the airport to board flight for Delhi. Upon arrival in Delhi, meet the representative and have dinner at a city restaurant.  Post dinner, drive to the airport/railway station to board flight for onward journey.
